Thank you to MANOR LONDON for hosting us for such a meaningful evening and to Campaign Against Living Miserably for the incredible work you do in supporting mental health—a cause that resonates deeply in the construction industry and beyond. The workout was a fantastic way to bring us together, emphasising resilience, teamwork, and the importance of sharing the load when things get tough. Ending the night with open discussions around mental health made the experience all the more impactful. A big thank you to Superbeam and Tiernan Dixon for capturing this amazing activity, bringing us all together, and helping to shine a light on such an important topic. Let’s keep these conversations going.
On Monday we hosted the Campaign Against Living Miserably & Danny Sullivan Group for a private evening, bringing professionals together from the construction industry - a field disproportionately affected by suicide. Beginning the night with a challenging workout, designed to foster camaraderie, resilience & collective strength. Completing the workout as a team & splitting the reps when things got tough. When the load gets heavy, you share it. We ended the evening breaking bread & getting into a meaningful & open discussion. We’re grateful to play a small role in this powerful evening & massive thanks to Tiernan Dixon Superbeam for reaching out to us to support. Everyday we use fitness to facilitate connection for our community. Working with & supporting charities & organizations engaging in impactful work has always been at the core of what we do, & we’re happy and grateful to support initiatives like this.
