Next week, some of the team will be heading up to Edinburgh to celebrate the launch of our new office. 🎉    We’ve got a free employment law event on Tuesday 11 March where we’ll be meeting some of the great businesses in the city.     This expansion has been a long time coming and I can’t wait to see the first Danton HR event in action.

It’s been a busy week in the training room.    We’ve had two groups of managers deliver their Dragon’s Den-style presentations to our expert panel and complete their Managing People Fundamentals Programme.     It’s been wonderful to see the transformation in all the managers over the last six months.     The waiting list for our next cohort is now open. A huge congratulations to every manager who completed the Managing People Fundamentals programme yesterday.     You all worked so hard across the last six months and performed incredibly well yesterday with your Dragon’s Den style presentations to the panel.     Time has flown since that first module in September, but the skills and performance shown yesterday will have huge benefits for all of your businesses. Danton is expanding with the launch of our Edinburgh office 🎉🍾.     This is the first of many more local Danton offices across the UK and we’re excited to open our first across the border in Scotland.     Jay Todd has been part of the Danton team as an associate for some time and we have made the partnership official as she will be heading up our Danton Edinburgh expansion.     The team has been up to celebrate, and we’re excited to see the business continue to grow.     Many of our clients are spread across the UK so opening offices nearer to them makes sense.     It means our clients get more support and we can help more businesses with their people.
