    We recently had the pleasure of welcoming John Rowan and Partners to Premier House, an £11m cladding project in North London. Marcel Goga and Stephen Hart from JRP were given a tour around the site, providing them with insight into the extensive planning and technical design solutions that have been put into place for this project. Project highlights so far include: 💡 Custom scaffolding erected to maintain public access and ensure safety for busy surrounding areas, including cantilevered sections over retail units. ✅ Removal of all non-compliant cladding materials. 👷 Installation of high-performance Datum Systems Ltd plasterboard and breather membrane is 98% complete.     A quick turnaround was required for our valued client and a much needed re roof to this block of 12 flats in Wolverhampton. The existing roof is 2 layers of Bitumen Membrane over a Pre Screeded Wood Wool Slab so providing very little thermal performance. In less than 3 months we have: ✅ Surveyed ✅ Produced Design drawings ✅ Planning approval ✅ Building Regulations Approval ✅ Pull Out Test ✅ Structural Calculations ✅ Delivered Materials Our Flat to Pitch Conversion System will be installed over the existing roof incorporating Firewalls, 300mm Insulation, lightweight metal tiles and Aluminium PPC Soffit/fascia and Rainwater Goods for a maintenance free 60+ year life expectancy.
