It's time for a new case study, and this week we're looking at how we saved a client over £40,000 in damages and costs in a baseless tree root subsidence claim 🌳 They argued that our client's tree roots caused inevitable damage, and even cited studies to support their position. However, we challenged their evidence using case law of our own, proving that our client's trees posed no real risk, and that removing the trees would have been unreasonable. It's fair to say this claimant was barking up the wrong tree! Well done to Kelly Gill from our Casualty Team on this victory.
