Work is well underway on a new local centre at New Lubbesthorpe in Leicestershire being delivered by Charterpoint Group Ltd, in association with landowner The Drummond Trust. Derby-based contractor Davlyn Construction Limited has been appointed to build the two-storey, mixed-use development known as the Brook Centre, which will house a Sainsbury's’s Local store and four additional units for retail, including a café/bistro on the ground floor. We are delighted with our new offices at Marford House Cwmbran – the new home of IG Lintels Acquired back in Dec, the building underwent a full strip out and refurbishment, converting 7,000 sq ft into modern office accommodation. We are pleased with the result of the fit-out, giving the IG Lintels staff a modern and fresh working environment. Eversheds Sutherland LLP (Ireland) acted on the property acquisition. The design team comprised ARCEN and CJ CONSILIUM LIMITED. Davlyn Construction Limited was the principle contractor.
