Another day, another achievement by one of our directors. Congratulations, Bill!
Managing Principal at DeSimone and Company Director at Decipher (adjudicator, quantum expert, chartered quantity surveyor)
Delighted to share that I now practice as a mediator, qualified by the RICS Dispute Resolution Service. I would highly recommend the RICS course which, although intensive, was actually very enjoyable. It is, however, not for the faint hearted - intensive days and lots of homework. Huge thanks to the course tutor, Peter Vinden, who was simply brilliant and is now providing me with a pupillage and on-going mentoring. The RICS course was expertly facilitated by Raj Sohal who was supported by a cast of experienced mediators including Edward M., Paul Whittle MSc LLM FRICS FCIArb MCIOB MAE , Carol Hope, Indrani Govender and Kevin Mullins. Thank you to all involved, plus the other candidates who helped make the essential role plays so real.
