Last month we finally reached practical completion at 11 Belgrave Road! 🎉 PIP are enormously proud to be have undertook the Mechanical and Electrical Design & Build of this S&C and CAT A project for our valued customer BAM UK & Ireland 👷♂️ A remarkable building arranged over 9 levels with over 100,000 square foot of net lettable space and includes a roof terrace, communal space and private garden. With a retained façade the impressive engineering credentials are woven into an architecturally immersive experience without compromise. 🏢 With a target set for the building to be Net Zero Carbon in construction and operation we hope this building will prove to be the working model for green development moving forward.
