𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘭, 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰! The next Design Declares event is on November 22nd and I'm profoundly shaken and intimidated to have been invited by proper actual very good designers to talk about 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 and how we work on questions of change Arup. "What is Design Declares?!' I hear you wail in helpless desperation? It's a sort of grassroots powerhouse that brings together designers and businesses to explore the future of materials, technologies and design practices because they're frankly fed up and smart and want to make things better by transitioning the industry so that we don't turn the planet into a lifeless wreck but with nice gadgets. I'll be on a panel chaired by the inimitable Alexie Sommer with Sophie Thomas, and Afreen Saulat. And!
