⭐New Vacancy - HEMS Line Pilot ⭐ Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for an additional pilot to join our Flight Operations Team. This role is initially offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months with the potential of becoming a permanent contract. We're seeking an experienced H145 or EC135 line pilot who has experience within HEMS or similar emergency services. The candidate will hold a UK CAA APTL (H)/CPL (H)/IR with a total of 2000+ flying hours, and able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge of UK Air Regulations. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience of effectively leading the team when on duty. Devon Air Ambulance is hosting a fantastic family fun day event in Exeter on August 16th 2025 and we are looking for talented bands to help create a fun and vibrant atmosphere at our event village. We are hoping to find bands willing to perform either for free or at a reduced cost, and in return, we’re happy to offer all the exposure that working with Devon Air Ambulance entails. This includes featuring your band across our social platforms, supporter newsletters, Summer Helipad magazine, and the opportunity to engage with our incredible supporters. Our Family Fun Race Day at Exeter Racecourse is tomorrow!   Kindly hosted by the Jockey club, this fun filled event promises to be an exciting day out for all the family with lots to keep everyone entertained. You can meet the Shetland ponies, enter a colouring competition, see Ozzy the magician, and lots more!    Our paramedic crew and Critical Care Car will also be on site so please come along and say hello!   General Admission tickets are available in advance from £19pp for adults with 10% being donated directly to our charity.
