Devon Air Ambulance is hosting a fantastic family fun day event in Exeter on August 16th 2025 and we are looking for talented bands to help create a fun and vibrant atmosphere at our event village. We are hoping to find bands willing to perform either for free or at a reduced cost, and in return, we’re happy to offer all the exposure that working with Devon Air Ambulance entails. This includes featuring your band across our social platforms, supporter newsletters, Summer Helipad magazine, and the opportunity to engage with our incredible supporters. We plan to start promoting the event soon, so if you are interested, we'd love to hear from you. It’s a great way to support a vital local service and reach a wide audience too. Get in touch with Rhys at fundraising@daat.org for more details. Looking forward to hearing from you! #savinglivestogether

🚁 Helicopter Highlights By law, helicopters must be fitted with a landing light, and it’s required to be switched on during takeoff and landing. This not only improves visibility for the pilot but also ensures the helicopter is clearly seen by those on the ground, enhancing safety for everyone involved. 🌙 The landing light plays a crucial role in ensuring safe operations, particularly in low-light conditions. Stay tuned for more helicopter insights! #HelicopterHighlights #AviationFacts #AirAmbulancesUK
