DICE TEAM SPIRIT (Culture) Specific team/culture/employee engagement programme of activities to embed a people-centric approach, two-way communications and drive a high performing culture. DICE TEAM PLAYERS - Leadership Development leadership development group training sessions (fully CPD accredited), focused on putting theory into practice. DICE COACHING - Business Advisory support Trusted Advisor coaching for small business owners to help them stay on-track and give them bespoke guidance. DICE WINNING MINDSET - Mentoring Group/Individual mentoring delivered either as part of an existing programme or additional support post-programme delivery. The DICE team was founded by Steve Lloyd. Having grown up in corporate environments, gaining operational and strategic experience spanning two decades across multiple sectors, Steve went on to buy and subsequently sell his own company, Grange Packaging. It was this experience of going through the challenge of a business sale that led him to want to share his experience and help others. In 2022 he embarked on a franchising mission to grow the DICE Business brand across the UK. With such a wealth of added-value content such as a CPD leadership development programme, strategy development roadmaps, employee-engagement and internal communications templates, and so much more to support SME businesses with their growth plans, it was time to share these with other like-minded professionals to help them establish as a DICE ROLLER in their exclusive territory.
