New figures reveal a 20% rise in home-educated children in England, with 111,700 now learning outside the mainstream system. Key stats: ✴️13% of families cite dissatisfaction with schools, including lack of SEND support and bullying. ✴️14% attribute their decision to their child’s mental health. ✴️Post-COVID, persistent absenteeism has doubled compared to pre-pandemic levels.
