It was another great weekend at the #UKBoxOffice, the fifth biggest in the last 12 months, with #Moana2 holding on to the top spot with £6.9m. That takes its total to £21.5m, and in just 10 days in cinemas it has already surpassed the final total of the first #Moana, which finished its run with £20.7m. 🌊🪝 #Wicked continued its terrific run, adding £5.3m which takes its total after just 17 days in cinemas to a huge £37.9m. Initial Film Monitor data suggests that Wicked has already delivered over 11 16-34 adult TVRs to date. 🧙♀️💚 #Gladiator2 added £1.6m in third, and after four weekends in cinemas it's up to £26.6m, making it the seventh biggest film of 2024 to date. On an incredible weekend at the #UKBoxOffice, the biggest of the year to date, #Moana2 opened in the top spot with a huge £12m! That's the third highest opening of the year so far, behind only #Wicked last weekend (£13.7m) and #DeadpoolAndWolverine in July (£12.6m). 🌊🪝 After posting the biggest opening weekend of the year last weekend, #Wicked added another £8.4m.
