It's not often that I highlight a feature we've developed internally, but I’m especially proud of this one. Not just because we've built an ai model capable of summarising a prospect's status seamlessly… But more so for the incredible effort that went into preparing and structuring the data needed to make it work. Here’s a glimpse of what went into it: - Transcoding and summarising calls - Syncing inboxes and indexing over 9 million emails - Real-time updates from DocuSign - Handling a staggering number of internal event types This took *8 months* of hard work and an infrastructure that hums along at 10,000 queries per second, delivering responses in under 30 milliseconds.
