First year as CEO of Disperse almost done - and I'm incredibly proud of our team and the progress we're making. The customer stories we're getting in, our performance against all key metrics (finance, quality, service), and the combined efforts from all our teams towards delivering the best end-to-end customer experience in the market. We're building excellent movement in the organisation and I'm excited to take this energy into the new year. To share just some of our highlights: 📊 +40% growth year-on-year, launching on several $1bn+ developments across the UK, Europe, US and GCC - and covering a wide range of landmark projects across residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, and major stadiums ⭐️ +80% in platform engagement and usage and great progress across all quality and service targets 🧩 Driving a strong culture across all our teams and offices. Courage, drive, resilience. I'm seeing it from our teams every day and I’m inspired by the “let’s get it done” attitude we’re driving in the organisation. 🖇️ Partnering with OpenSpace to deliver a joint offering, combining best of capture and progress to deliver our solutions to projects across the globe. 🚧 Built an awesome product roadmap with lots of exciting stuff in store for 2025 (with major releases coming up in Q1/Q2).
