Walk It Off January is a month-long challenge designed to kick-start your New Year with health, community, and generosity. Participants commit to walking every day in January, promoting wellness while raising funds to support vital services offered by CADAT, YANA, and The Shelf Pop-Up Pantry. The Shelf Pop-up Pantry, part of the Nourishing Norfolk Network, brings affordable, nutritious food, essential products, health and wellbeing support, and valuable advice to help improve daily life directly to communities across Breckland.
