💥£140k tax relief unlocked by our capital allowance experts 💥 - https://bit.ly/49iHivW   When Mounsey Chartered Surveyors completed their commercial property improvements, they knew some tax relief would be available, but the full potential was uncovered by our specialist capital allowance team.    Through detailed analysis, we discovered significant qualifying expenditure in the Special Rate pool, from energy-efficient upgrades to essential infrastructure improvements. This combined with additional claim opportunities through the original property purchase and super-deduction scheme meant we were able to unlock a total of more than £140,000 in tax relief for our client. 👏   Read more about the results we achieved here - https://bit.ly/49iHivW
