We showcased our leading global capital markets capabilities through twin presentations in Shanghai and Shenzhen recently. We were joined by leading Chinese emerging companies and discussed pathways to stock exchange listings in seven leading offshore financial centers (New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Toronto & UAE). We also discussed opportunities for cross-border M&A, including compliance with foreign direct investment regulations. “Pathways to Global Capital Markets: How Chinese Companies Can Tap Offshore Liquidity” was co-hosted by the NYSE, Freedom Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets and Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., which provided insights into the current state of the global IPO and securities markets.
