  • This Giving Tuesday, Domino’s is excited to celebrate 20 years of supporting Barretstown Children’s Charity with a fun and festive initiative – the ‘Yodel for Barretstown’ challenge!   For every yodel or mention of #YodelforBarretstown shared on Instagram, Domino’s will donate €5 to Barretstown, helping to raise much-needed funds for their incredible programs supporting children with life-altering illnesses and their families.   Domino’s has teamed up with popular content creators Emily Rochford, Cian Twomey, Thomas Crosse, and Brandon Caulfield, who’ve been perfecting their yodels and learning about the inspiring work done at Barretstown. The influencers will share behind-the-scenes footage from a yodeling masterclass at Barretstown’s camp in Ballymore Eustace, Kildare, including their tour of the facilities and participation in one of Domino’s beloved pizza-making workshops, a favorite among Barretstown campers.   Annelie Mc Caffrey, Managing Director of Domino’s Ireland: “It’s a privilege for us to raise funds and awareness for Barretstown. Over our 20-year history, we’ve shared so many special memories with the charity. We hope customers across Ireland will join us this Christmas in yodeling together for Barretstown!”   Over the festive season, we will also be supporting the cause by running the ‘Barretstown Deal’ available in Domino’s stores, with proceeds going to Barretstown.   #GivingTuesday #YodelForBarretstown #DominosIreland #Charity #Fundraiser #Barretstown

  • 🚨 Delivering a New Era of Growth in Ireland 🚨    This week we celebrated the official opening of our newly expanded Irish Supply Chain Centre (SCC) in Naas, Co. Kildare – the beating heart of our business in Ireland. 🍕 Almost ten years in the planning, two years under construction, and representing a €16m investment, this fantastic new 2,550 square metre facility increases capacity by at least 40% and means we can now supply over 130 stores across the island of Ireland. The increased capacity means we can open more stores to serve even more communities with potential for a further 900 store roles to be created. 🎉  Hosted by our MD of Ireland Annelie Mc Caffrey, we were thrilled to be joined by James Lawless, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Transport, who heralded Domino’s investment in the local community, along with several local councillors, our franchise partners, and many colleagues from Domino’s UK and Ireland to mark the occasion. Annelie and Andrew Rennie, our group CEO, outlined the significance of the new SCC to the Irish business, underpinning Domino’s plans to accelerate growth in Ireland, while Naas's General Manager Joe Hartford guided guests on tours of the new facility to see the sophisticated robotics helping to manufacture dough more than twice as fast as previously in action. Sustainability was an important consideration in the development of the site, and it was the first Domino’s SCC in the UK & Ireland to be partially powered by 310 on-site solar panels, an important step in our sustainability strategy and goal to be net zero by 2050.     Congratulations and thanks to all those involved in bringing our new Irish SCC to life! #Dominos #Pizza #FactoryOpening #IrelandBusiness
