About us
We focus on serving individuals and organizations working on change resistance and conflict to overcome the fears and divisions that fracture our communities and lives. We do this across the following three areas of work: Training: We offer workshops and accredited training programmes based on the DPC Methodology. Cultivating a Network of Practice: We support DPC facilitators and trainers with advanced training programmes and by fostering a community of practitioners across the DPC international alumni network. Partnership Development & Consultancy Services: Beyond training, we support the integration the DPC methodology into ongoing change efforts by establishing and strengthening organizational partnerships and by providing tailored coaching and facilitation services.
