It is a privilege to be able to make improvements that impact people's day to day lives - and our expert staff are responsible for completing major housing welfare adaptations to Bolsover District Council's affordable housing properties. In the last twelve months alone, Dragonfly Development Ltd has fitted 90 accessible wet rooms, completed 5 kitchen adaptations, installed 13 stairlifts, 4 hoists, 194 rails and 25 ramps!
