After a few months of Post Movember Group Therapy, we've just managed to get our blog out describing the "bushtastic" time we all had growing our Mos like they had gone out of fashion!!! https://lnkd.in/eiywmMiU We had competitions, power ups, group burpees (a hot new trend?), Mo Sistas and Mo Poetry Corner (I think some of the team had gone a bit stir crazy by that time!). And... we raised £1,566 pounds which we split between the Movember charity and Duchennes, Andy man Man’s Club Suicide Prevention, HELP FOR HEROS, Combat Stress: The UK's Leading Charity for Veterans' Mental Health and Papyrus (suicide prevention) The team battled through discomfort and said "NO WAY" to humiliation as they wore their somewhat pitiful taches with pride and took every opportunity to tell anyone who would listen why we decided to support Movember.
