This is an award we are incredibly proud of as a team - not only given the calibre of the other finalists - but also as it celebrates our dedication to providing you, our customers & supporters, with the very best experiences. Despite all the challenges we’ve faced over the last few years, we've been able to respond & adapt, continuing to proudly celebrate local Welsh produce, culture, language & landscape on a daily basis, organising our sell-out masterclasses, supper clubs, & family-friendly events. Our condiments & preserves range have also allowed us to reach customers further afield by being sold online, as well as being stocked in Selfridges, Welsh M&S supermarkets & Welsh Co-Op stores. Due to the strengths of our teams in Criccieth, Llandudno, Menai Bridge, Llangefni & Conwy, we have been able to respond & adapt over the years to continue celebrating local Welsh produce, culture, language & landscape on a daily basis, - through organising our sell-out masterclasses, supper clubs, & family-friendly events. Our condiments & preserves range have also allowed us to reach those of you who live further afield by being stocked in Selfridges, Welsh M&S supermarkets & Welsh Co-Op stores. Winning this award means the world to us. We’re so grateful to each one of you, for your support of our business, your encouragement & enthusiasm on a daily basis. We never take moments like this for granted!

Donation for the North Wales Mountain Rescue Service teams! | Rhodd ar gyfer Tîm Gwasanaeth Achub Mynydd Gogledd Cymru! It was our pleasure to present a cheque for £5,028 to Tim Radford, Chairman of the North Wales Mountain Rescue Association, raised from the sale of last year’s Three Peaks & Troughs Challenge & fundraising dinner. The NWMRA rely solely on donations & their teams of volunteers in each area, to raise tens of thousands in annual running costs. Dylan’s is now stocked in Marks & Spencer's across Wales! | Mae Dylan's yn cael ei stocio yn Marks & Spencer yn Nghymru! We’re over the moon to announce that our Brown Sauce & Great Taste award winning BBQ Sauce with Penderyn Welsh Whisky have been selected to appear on the shelves of M&S stores across Wales. We’re so pleased to have our Anglesey made produce in one of the UK’s most successful & renowned retailers, with our condiments sitting alongside so many other notable brands across Wales. This is another incredible milestone for Dylan’s, which would not have been possible without our talented team. The chefs have worked incredibly hard over the past twelve years to create these multi-award winning condiments- originally developed for our restaurant menus, to now also being produced, bottled and hand-labelled right here on Anglesey. M&S customers from all around Wales will now be able to take a little taste of Ynys Môn home with them, and this is thanks to all of your continued support. We've had a busy weekend! | Rydyn ni wedi cael penwythnos prysur iawn! As well as hosting our annual Criccieth Christmas Fair, we ran our first Christmas Wreath Workshop in the Conwy restaurant & Christmas Baking Masterclass over at our Bakery on Anglesey. As you can tell from the smiles on everyone's faces, a memorable time was had!
