DYSE Welcomes Grace Cawdron and Spandan Paul to the Team as Graduate Structural Engineers We are pleased to announce the addition of two talented individuals, Grace Cawdron and Spandan Paul, to our team as Graduate Structural Engineers. Their arrival underscores DYSE’s commitment to developing emerging talent and driving innovation in structural engineering. Grace Cawdron joins us after completing her MEng in Civil Engineering at the University of Manchester, where she excelled in structural design and analysis. Following her graduation, Grace gained valuable industry experience during a brief stint at Aecom, where she was involved in key infrastructure projects. Her practical experience, combined with her strong academic background, makes her a valuable asset to the DYSE team, and we are eager to see the fresh insights she will bring to our projects. Spandan Paul recently completed his MSc in Structural Engineering, also at the University of Manchester. His academic achievements and dedication to innovative engineering practices position him well to contribute to DYSE’s diverse range of projects. Both Grace and Spandan have great potential through their academic and professional experiences. We are confident that they will thrive in their new roles at DYSE, helping us to continue delivering innovative and resilient engineering solutions. As DYSE continues to expand its portfolio and take on new challenges, we are thrilled to support Grace and Spandan in their professional development. We look forward to the fresh perspectives and energy they will bring to our team. Please join us in warmly welcoming Grace Cawdron and Spandan Paul to the DYSE family!
