We're approaching the season of mock examinations and whether your child is undertaking them before the Christmas break or after, no doubt they'll be getting anxious over when to start revising and how to do it effectively. We like the advice given on the website How to Ace Your A Levels www.aceyouralevels.com which also covers GCSEs. There's an accompanying book which also gives useful advice on how to prepare. We've used the advice in the book and on the website to help our students to get ready and are confident that if they stick to the plan, they will do well and avoid that overwhelming exam anxiety that comes when you realise that you've left it a little too late.
