Porsche AG and Frauscher Boats present the Runabout 850 Fantom electric sports boat The new Frauscher x Porsche 850 Fantom variant is manufactured at the Frauscher shipyard in #Ohlsdorf, Upper Austria. #Porsche supplies the HV battery and drive system including the control unit as pre-assembled modules. #Frauscher handles final assembly, the sales logistics and the aftersales management. “Like our sports cars, the eFantom offers an exclusive experience and extraordinary performance. As an elegant day cruiser with an innovative, powerful drive system, she sets new standards in the maritime world. FERRIES & CRUISES: Port of Tarifa awards berth to Baleària’s electric ferries Baleària has been awarded the tender for berth number 3 at the port of #Tarifa in Spain, which will enable it to manage the Tarifa-Tangier Ville line for the next 15 years. Baleària plans to build two electric #FastFerries, electrify the ports and install a recharging system. The two electric #catamarans will be built at ARMON SHIPYARDS in Gijón, Spain; construction will take two-and-a-half years. During this period, the shipping company will allocate two transitional fast ferries to the route: the Avemar Dos and the Jaume I.
