“Acceptance” is the first of 7 amazing new music videos created to accompany the songs in our Electric Umbrella Express digital learning resources. The resources are designed to equip teachers with the tools they need to promote disability confidence to the next generation of learners and influencers in society – potentially reaching every school and child all over the UK. The equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) Electric Umbrella Express resource pack has been compiled by work undertaken with members of Electric Umbrella and the children of Sarratt C of E School More news to follow on the other videos and the launch of the revamped digital resources next year. After six years as Chair of Trustees, please join us in saying a huge thank you to Tony Bernstein for all his support. Tony has completed two full terms as Chair, and has seen us through the good times and the more challenging times - not to mention Covid! So much has happened in that time - Electric Umbrella is different in so many ways, yet we are proud to retain so many members that have been with us on this journey right from the start, and we still hold true to the values we set out right at the very beginning. Thank you, Tony for your wisdom, patience and commitment to all things Electric Umbrella - we hope to see you at a gig someday soon.
