🎉 Empower Trust Celebrates Apprentices’ Nomination for ‘Apprentice of the Year Award 2025’ 🎉 Empower Trust is thrilled to announce that two of our apprentices, Jess Shore from the Shared Services Team and Molly Palin from Greenacres Primary School, have been shortlisted for the prestigious ‘Apprentice of the Year Award 2025’ with Herefordshire, Ludlow and North Shropshire College. The awards ceremony will be held on 18th March 2025 at The Gateway, Shrewsbury, providing an exciting networking opportunity with insightful guest speakers. Jess said, “I feel very privileged to be nominated for the award and am lucky to work in a very supportive organisation. Well done to my colleague MP for being nominated; it has been great doing this alongside her.” Molly echoed the sentiments, saying, “'I am deeply grateful to be nominated for apprentice of the year. 📣 Exciting News! 🎉 EMPOWER Trust is thrilled to announce that 90 Key Stage 2 students will participate in 'Resilience Reps' training by with YouthShoots on January 22nd and 23rd, 2025. Six primary schools will engage in these empowering sessions to build confidence, mental wellbeing, and internet safety skills. Through interactive workshops, students will learn resilience strategies and develop peer-led initiatives to support their schools. Paul Hanmore of YouthShoots says, "We're delighted to partner with EMPOWER to educate young people on mental wellbeing and unlock their potential."
