Another fantastic COMIT Projects Ltd. Community Day hosted by Kingston University Business School. Did you know that the construction industry accounts for 30% of the UK’s carbon emissions? Yet, sustainability in construction isn’t discussed nearly enough. Shining a spotlight on the innovative solutions and changes that can drive the industry towards a greener, carbon-neutral future is a must. It was valuable to hear from companies driving change in the industry by: - Embracing  renewable energy solutions - Implementing strategies to achieve carbon neutrality - Highlighting the cost and environmental benefits of sustainable practices It’s clear that transitioning to sustainable methods is not just beneficial but essential for our planet and the industry’s future. We are proud to have contributed to both the FAST and FLOW consortiums on the Riyadh Metro which officially opening yesterday. This is one of the most ambitious and transformative transportation projects in the world. Collaborating with Alstom, we delivered the Asset Information Management System for three of the six routes, enabling efficient and seamless management of critical infrastructure data. EMT ATLAS platform played a key role in ensuring the success of this project by providing: - Advanced asset data management for streamlined operations. - A centralised platform to track, manage, and optimise 500,000 infrastructure assets. - ATLAS app utilised for track inspections. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our incredible team, and we couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and innovation. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this vision a reality! This cutting-edge tool empowers organisations to prepare for Net Zero refurbishments by enhancing the accuracy of audits and making material reuse easier and more cost-effective. We’re also thrilled to bring our ATLAS Lens app to the project!
