We represent the companies, large and small, working in the environmental technologies and services sector.
About us
The Environmental Industries Commission (EIC) represents the companies large and small working in the environmental services and technologies sector. We champion new environmental markets to Government and other stakeholders, representing the views of around 70 members. The environment sector adds an estimated £29 billion a year to the economy, or 1.6% of the UK’s GDP and employs more than 370,000 people. We work to ensure environmental policies are thoughtful and progressive, regulations clear and enforced, innovation rewarded, and finance and export opportunities are available.
