ERBE CDT in Energy Resilience and the Built Environment reposted this
Last week at the CATE conference held at University of Seville, I had the opportunity to present part of my PhD research. I shared findings on the tangible effects of overheated bedrooms on sleep quality and sleep thermal comfort—reinforcing the importance of designing for comfort, even under extreme conditions. The results emphasised on the real-world impact of indoor overheating. Looking forward to advancing discussions on improving sleep environments under extreme conditions! #comfortatextremes #cate #sleep #comfort #research ERBE CDT in Energy Resilience and the Built Environment Building Energy Research Group (BERG)
