My long-term goal is to grow within the company and eventually step into a managerial role. I'm eager to develop my skills, take on new challenges, and contribute to the team's success. When I joined Ernest Gordon, my goal was to progress further in the recruitment industry and manage my own desk full of clients to give me the opportunity reach my future goals, I also wanted to expand my knowledge in the engineering field which would help me become better consultant overall. Since joining Ernest Gordon I have achieved several placements and taken the time to understand each candidate's unique skills and aspirations, creating meaningful career paths that align with their goals. The best thing about working at Ernest Gordon is that from the day you start you have the chance to achieve anything, there is no time scale on when you can progress rapidly. Every team and every manager here support you to make sure you achieve your goals. The management team also listen to you and let you bring your ideas into reality, which allows you to open many more doors in your career. When I am not working, I love spending time going out with my friends and family, I also have a strong interest for motorsports and often find myself on the track, where the thrill of racing is something I find super exciting.
