The mapping portal, built on multi-factor modelling, analysed 150 sub-markets across eight Western European countries. It identifies key markets with the greatest supply-demand imbalances, highlighting opportunities for rental growth in the urban logistics sector. Property Week's recent update has outlined the strengthened financial position of Regional REIT following its recent £110.5m fundraise, enabling debt reduction, portfolio repositioning, and strong tenant retention. Regional REIT asset manager Stephen Inglis said: “The group continued to trade well, achieving strong rent collection and lease retention for the quarter, against a backdrop of uncertain market conditions. Regional REIT Announces Joint Venture with Sunbird Solar to Power a Greener Future. We're excited to share our latest sustainability milestone! In partnership with Sunbird Solar International, we’ll be installing solar panels across a selection of properties within our portfolio, enhancing their appeal to tenants and reducing CO2 emissions by 713 tonnes. "We are delighted to be working with Sunbird on this important programme that reflects the Company’s significant ambition to deliver meaningful environmental enhancements. This important programme will reduce our portfolio’s carbon footprint and enable the properties to benefit from both lower maintenance and energy costs." ~ Stephen Inglis, Head of Public Markets. Phase one of our new joint venture with Sunbird will bring 4,173 kW of clean energy to 19 properties—equivalent to powering 1,270 UK households annually. This initiative reflects our commitment to meaningful environmental enhancements, improving energy efficiency while lowering operational costs.
