This project included the addition of new changing rooms and a state-of-the-art gym. To ensure optimal ventilation and comfort, we installed three large MVHR systems at high levels, seamlessly connected to six high-level louvres. This installation not only enhances air quality but also aligns with energy-efficient practices, ensuring a sustainable solution for the facility. Paragon House 3rd floor Roof Our ventilation team stripped out the existing ductwork and Insulation to 3No AHU’s. All duct was broken down ready for the weekend crane lift which also included the delivery of 3No new AHU’s. All AHUs were landed, positioned and built the same day. All new ductwork to connect the new back to old had to be no longer than 600mm to fit through each doorway on the long trip up to the roof. Ductwork is now complete so we hand over to our insulation department to reinstall all insulation.
