We’ll be welcoming our very own Alex Culvin, PhD—Director for Global Policy & Strategic Relations for women’s football at FIFPRO former professional footballer, and sociologist—to share her lived experiences working at the highest levels of global football governance. From professional footballer to working in football governance, Dr. Alex Culvin’s transformative journey has been full of challenges—especially those tied to gender and the activism needed to create change. With Alex, we will explore how can football governance evolve to support the growth of professional women’s football. What’s needed to ensure it’s ready for the future?
