👻 It would seem that 'ghosting' extends beyond dating apps and Halloween these days... We have been onboarding awesome new PA/EA candidates this week, all of whom speak of being ignored by the companies they're applying directly to. Now, while this sort of makes us feel better that we aren't the only ones being given the cold shoulder by companies who are actively recruiting, it does highlight the importance and value of working with a great recruitment partner like Exec Recruitment Solutions.
