The intensity of the Abu Dhabi GP was an exhilarating end to an epic season with a huge congrats to McLaren Racing on their constructor's crown! It was also an intense week for the likes of F42 Travel with one of our busiest rental days to date reaching over 200 rentals in one day for the team to tackle. Whether you landed in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, we had every corner of the UAE covered for our customers flying in for the event. After joining the company at the start of the season in Bahrain, it was only right for Dominika to coordinate the grand finale with the help of her support crew The Daniel & Daniel duo, Samantha and Lauren. As the teams take on their tests ahead of the winter break, we’re preparing to stay on track for another season and we can’t wait to share more about what’s on the cards for 2025 – stay tuned!

As the sun sets over Abu Dhabi, marking the conclusion of the F1 season, preparations are already in full swing for the new Formula E season, kicking off in vibrant São Paulo, Brazil! A shoutout to Lauren Brown, who played a key role in Brazil, coordinating arrivals at the airport and managing deliveries to local hotels and the racetrack. Congratulations to Mitch Evans and Jaguar on their thrilling victory at the iconic Anhembi Sambadrome Circuit! The second year of the Las Vegas GP certainly didn’t disappoint with a huge congratulations to Max Verstappen for his fourth championship victory in the city of lights! 🏁 In amongst the chaos that everyone has grown to expect on the strip, F42 coordinated ground transportation for our amazing clients including hotel deliveries, airport pick-ups, and out of state rentals. All of us at F42 are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication that went into the Formula E Test last week in Madrid. 🇪🇸 First and foremost, we want to share our deepest condolences to the people of Valencia and the surrounding areas affected by the flash floods. We understand the devastation this has caused for the region and while communities bind together to repair what has been lost, we’re hopeful that next year Valencia will be back to strength and able to host yet another kick-off event for Series 12. 💙 Lauren and Samantha did a stellar job to re-adjust 3 months of planning in less than 12 hours to move the whole operation across the country. Together, they built great relationships with our new partners who helped us to facilitate every need. As our final rentals return today before the F1 shoots off to Mexico this weekend, we’re reflecting on a fantastic couple of weeks stateside for the COTA GP, and that epic 1-2 result for Scuderia Ferrari on this iconic track! 🏁 F42 provided over 400 rentals across the Lone Star State in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. From American muscle mustang’s and chargers, to chevvy’s and pick-up trucks, we ensured our customers had an endless choice of vehicles to choose from. The team coordinated nearly 150 deliveries to 15 hotels around downtown Austin with the helping hand of our partners; as well as supporting multiple out-of-state pick-ups simultaneously. So how does all of this come together so effortlessly for our clients? Fly away races do come with different challenges to that of the European leg, mainly due to working with clients and partners across varying time-zones. Preparation almost begins a whole year in advance to ensure we have our pad-ducks in a row, with heavy planning then starting 3 months before the event. Samantha arrived in Austin as the early-bird and race-coordinator way back on the 7th October to start the on-site preparation process. Shortly followed by the support crew made up of Daniel, Dawn, Charles and Lauren, who joined one week prior to race weekend to offer their helping hands for our busiest arrival days - Sunday through to Wednesday. It doesn’t all end there though, as our race coordinator will remain on site over the race weekend to offer 24/7 on call support with any accidents, breakdowns, or last-minute requests and changes as well as preparing invoices ready to be distributed the following week – easy peasy! In amongst all of the above, the F42 team did manage to squeeze in some time to enjoy a very much deserved,  typically Texan, BBQ! 🥩🤠 Like the sound of our seamless service?
