About us
FabPub (Fabrication Public) is the shop of the future which makes 3D printing and other design technologies accessible to everyone. People and companies can book the machines online and commission customizable projects which are then produced locally in one of Fab.Pub's “urban factories.” FabPub and its community of designer-makers, will produce what is required, research new sustainable materials, share their 3D files, learn from each other and through our online masterclasses. At FabPub we design internationally and produce locally. Turning consumers into prosumers, highly involved in the objects they dream of whilst taking active part in the transition to a circular economy! Join us.

🌎 The Blue Earth Summit – a revolution in change making 💫 IMAGINE… Eco warriors rubbing shoulders with capitalist investors, all in the name of purpose-driven initiatives. That’s the wonder of the Blue Earth Summit. A massive well done to the incredible team Linley Lewis, Will Hayler, @Sasha Cook, and Baz Bignell for bringing this epic event to London for the first time. The summit was packed with insightful talks and big ideas. From Deborah Meaden wisdom to Seb Vettel’s eco-enthusiasm and fellow former Sky-er Fiona Morgan’s insights, the event was a masterclass in planet-saving and profit-making. It also provided a great insight into the next big sustainable brands of tomorrow. The brands to keep an eye on, revealed themselves in the Dragons Den style showdown, aka the BE100 start-up battle. From over 1,000 game-changing applicants, 30 startups pitched to a room packed with investors swimming in a combined pool of over £100 million. Well done to the winners: SEED: @Library of Things, GROWTH: Reboxed®, and SCALE: UrbanChain. Between the pitches and the purpose, the summit's festival vibe didn’t disappoint - vegan street food, sunshine, beers, and more networking than our start up newbie heads could handle. Blue Earth Summit isn’t just a conference; it’s a movement, transforming businesses and rewriting the future. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to be there and partner with Blue Earth, adding a specially curated layer of creativity from our marketplace partners: ✨ Mirror, Mirror by Jason Bruges Studio was originally commissioned by the V&A and featured in the Decode: Digital Design Sensations exhibition in 2010. The media artwork explored narcissism and people’s interaction with each other and their environment. For Blue Earth Summit 2024, the studio reimagined how the totems could be repurposed, aligning with their mission of creative reuse. ✨ Mamou-Mani ltd. showcased sustainable 3D printed works, including Pancras Internal, Maldives, and DBI Screens, all pushing boundaries with biomaterials and circular design. ✨Vlad Tenu’s coral-inspired modular system *MINIPLEX* promotes sustainability through its reconfigurable, demountable components. Working alonside the installations, our beautiful partner stand did it’s job, enticing passing delegates with over 100 engagements across the summit and we even caught the eye of a handful of investors! Today, we want to spotlight one of our clients, London-based artist Tuck FM, who 3D printed his latest artwork right here at www.fab.pub ! In 2024, Tuck Muntarbhorn launched his sculpture practice with Tuck Thinker, a unique reinterpretation of Auguste Rodin’s The Thinker, made from pigmented PLA. Captured through photogrammetry as a self-portrait, the sculpture features Tuck’s signature Eboshi hat, paying homage to a sketch Rodin made of The Thinker. Finished to resemble gold, it is an unique fusion of art and technology. Do you have a project in mind?
