I was pleased to moderate an excellent panel yesterday at DealCatalyst 'The Asset-Based/Specialist Lender Finance Conference' on 'The Opportunity in Litigation Funding' with Tets Ishikawa CJ Wei Cormac Leech and Vadim Lahmi. 💭 Two key takeaways from the conference: (1) Investor interest in litigation finance continues to grow, (2) There is commonality of user priorities across the finance spectrum (see slide attached). Flexibility, execution ability and general behaviour is more important than mere pricing. The better Funders already know this of course, but it's a useful reminder to them and a lesson for others.
