The journey so far... 2015 Will Murray and Jack Croft meet over the stoves of Dinner by Heston 2016 Jack achieves annual award of excellence from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts January 2019 Jack & Will are finalists at the Brixton Village “Brixton Kitchen” competition August 2019 Jack & Will partner with James Robson, founder of Robson Hospitality Partners, to create a sustainable F & B company September 2019 Fallow Restaurant concept first conceived October 2019 Advisory board appointed Lisa Tse – Brand & Communications, Jean Vital – Beverage Innovation, Amit Joshi – Technology & Innovation. November 2019 Two week sold out Fallow residency at Carousel, Fitzrovia January 2020 Two month Fallow residency at Crispin E1 Spitafields Market February 2020 Sustainable inaugural tasting dinner at The Belmond Cadogan, Sloane Street.
