The challenge is to keep them alive to transplant them to bigger pots and enjoy the herbs in sustainably sourced meals. Looking for help from our network. As part of our DEI work, my colleagues, Stephanie Thompson and Tatiana Dupont has been helping run the Capstone project at Queen Mary University of London. The project takes Master's students from diverse backgrounds and challenges them on key issues of sustainability. I know that time is precious, we have some students who need industry people they can interview as part of their thesis. The questions they have been set are below. We would love to hear from anyone in sustainablity who can help with these topics. 1.What business cultural transformationsare needed to ensure people are the catalysts to drive impact and change? 2.What personality and skills profiles are the best suited in sustainability?   3.What sustainable frameworks should businesses adopt to enable green recruitment?   4.Sustainability partnerships, how can we be seen as a trusted partner to achieve common environmental and social goals? 5.How do we emphasize the importance of sustainable recruiters to our clients to ensure their goals are achieved? In team meeting this morning someone raised the fact that some clients might screen us out because we do too much in DEI (apparently now called inclusivity).
