From 6 April 2025 employees will have a new statutory right to neonatal care leave and pay under the Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act 2023. This is a significant step in supporting parents of babies who need neonatal care.   Employers should start preparing now by reviewing policies and training managers to ensure a smooth transition.
