This year, Fearless Futures didn’t just celebrate our 10th Anniversary—we launched our first White Paper: “DEI Disrupted: The Blueprint for DEI Worth Doing”.   • So how did we do our research? 🧐 We conducted interviews with 20 DEI leaders including: Chief People Officers, Chief DEI Officers, and Heads of DEI from 15 companies representing approximately 159,000 employees in the private sector, as well as independent DEI experts with extensive cross-industry and international experience. We coded the qualitative data from the interviews using inductive and deductive coding to surface key themes and with this, our research began to take shape!
