Fearless Marketing helps care providers with marketing strategy and tactical implementation that generates higher levels of private care enquiries. I use my experience in the sector since 2016 to ask questions and I do lots of research to find out who my clients really are and why their customers choose them. Then I wrap this up in a tactical marketing plan with resources, budgets and a step by step plan. Some of my clients retain me to deliver the tactics, others keep me on as a coach / mentor to them or their team. And some have the clarity and confidence to go it alone, albeit I'm right here if they have any questions. However they choose to take things forward after my work is done, they undoubtedly have a blueprint for successful marketing under their belts to help them get to the level of private care enquiries that they know they can.

  • 🏡 Attention all care providers, big and small... In today’s world, we all have to “do” marketing in some form or another. And let's be honest, it can feel like everyone else has it easier!   • PRIORITIES!!!! 🗒 I once had a wonderful boss who I shall not name as he is still a very great friend! We met every Monday morning and each week I would walk away with a new set of priorities to add to those collected in previous weeks. 💼 As a one person marketing team it was exhausting having lists and lists of things that we thought we should be doing as a business. I naively agreed that they were all brilliant tactics that might bring in business if they were seen by the right people. 🐝 The truth was I didn't know if I was coming or going. I was just getting as many things over the line as I possibly could. And by the way the perfectionist in me made sure that everything looked and sounded really "professional". So when I say I was exhausted I really, really was! 📈 The reality was that we didn't know some of the things that we should have been saying "no" to. In the beginning we didn't have a strategy. So we jumped on "opportunities" that frankly helped other people reach their sales targets. It took a while, a new boss within the same organisation and ultimately a marketing mentor - to be able to stand back and truly appreciate the importance of marketing strategy. To be able to put one together. Create a strong (and affordable!) plan and to measure its effectiveness. My experience is the reason that I am now a very proud marketing mentor and coach for others. I support stand alone marketing managers and business owners without marketing backgrounds to deliver their strategy. I gently challenge, nudge and remind. I listen and encourage. So that they can be brilliant at marketing and achieve transformative results for their business.   • Sort out your brand before you splash cash on marketing! A few words from me, the fearless ice skating care home marketing lady ⛸ 🌟 Know (and I mean really know) who you are (as a person or a business), what problem you solve and for who as well as how you want to show up in the world. 🌟 Have this written down! 🌟 Refer to this all the time! A good brand allows you to charge more for what you sell. It helps you build customer and employee loyalty because, done right, it gives you the framework of how you're going to deliver your product or service. Marketing is what you do to get your message to your customers. Marketing increases sales. Without a brand, when you stop marketing then sales stop. I saw Joe Wicks speak at Atomicon last year. He completely wowed me. He was 100% clear on his mission and obsessive about achieving it in line with his personal values. "10 year overnight success story" What's your mission?   • Had a Zoom call recently with an incredible in-house marketer—someone who is a team of one.
