As you may know, creating a thriving tech hub offering space to tech businesses, that also incorporates education has become almost a long-time passion of mine. The project known as FibrePark started a few years ago, with the first building, FibreHub, opening nearly three years ago. The spaces filled up within a few months and the building has become the centre of an amazing community. It's given us encouragement that there is a need for more of this type of working environment, and we are investigating progressing with a phase 2, which would be a building adjacent to the first one. This building is 50,000sqft and we are keen to hear from businesses that might be interested in moving into some of this space from the end of 2025.
