We're continuing to shine a light on our fantastic festive installations. Next up, Fulham Broadway Shopping Centre... 🔎 This is a challenging installation featuring a wide range of lighting products from classic trees to a 3D hanging star. It requires close collaboration with centre management for crane operation within the atrium access platform. In some parts of the scheme we only have a two hour operational window to get the job done safely while the tube is closed. Looking back at Southport Flower Show and some incredible marquee solutions... 💐 The show attracts around 55,000 people over the four days, it's a big event with a varied marquee specification. The highlights include: 1. Grand Floral Marquee. This was installed as three separate structures (25m x 50m, 25m x 60m and 25m x 45m) and connected with 5m pagodas to create the expensive main exhibition space. 2. Cookery Theatre. A bespoke 15m x 20m structure with a 5m canopy entrance, where visitors were treated to live cookery demonstrations. This was completed with AV rigging, lighting and video screens so visitors could watch the action up close. 3. The 1924 Lounge. A luxurious 15m x 55m marquee, which offered a nod to the show’s rich history, providing a fitting tribute to its 100th anniversary. An Edinburgh icon illuminates the night sky for Christmas 🎄 Our team were proud to install and decorate the iconic 18-metre Christmas tree again this year. It was officially lit by Lord Provost Robert Aldridge alongside representatives from the Norwegian Embassy and the Norwegian Honorary Consulate General earlier this week. Some stats: 💡1,500m+ of LED lighting ⌚ 2.5 days from delivery to activation With some early mornings and late nights long the way, this beautiful tree, gifted by Vestland, stands as a powerful symbol of friendship between Scotland and Norway.
