    Whats the ideal amount of times to train per week? Here’s the breakdown to this common debate If you train twice a week you’ll see some results but not a great deal If you train 3 times a week the results will be much more noticeable and is ideal for most busy people especially just starting out 4 times, I believe to be the sweet spot and the perfect trade off with time and achieving maximal results 5-6 and you’ll be able to uncover 100% of your potential however isn’t realistic for most people And often the ones that try 5-6 sessions a week, following for a few weeks then completely fall off the wagon for another few weeks So really you need to be realistic Most of our clients will train 3-4x a week with some that really enjoy the gym making the time for the 5th But with all that being said it doesn’t matter how many days you train if any of these things aren’t dialled in Your nutrition  Your daily movement  Your sleep & recovery  Your stress tolerance And you’d be way better off by nailing the above and training just 3x per week Than failing with the above and training 6x per week So find your sweet spot And most importantly make sure you have dialled in on all the other factors outside the gym #Training #Health #Nutrition

    Why carrying excess belly fat can be detrimental to an adult man.. When you talk about belly fat, many men think it’s just about looks, but unfortunately carrying extra fat around your midsection is doing WAY more damage than you realise. Visceral fat, which is the fat on your stomach that wraps around your organs, is the real danger. It can lead to serious health issues like heart disease, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes.. ..but it doesn't stop there. Excess belly fat also messes with your hormones, especially testosterone, And low testosterone can leave you feeling sluggish, kill your mood, and wreck your energy levels, which makes it pretty hard to stay motivated and feel good about yourself. But the good news? You can ALWAYS make a change, And you do NOT need to be completely shredded with a six-pack in order to be genuinely healthy and enjoy life. Simply dropping that stubborn belly fat and keeping it off is enough to live longer, feel stronger, and be proud of the body you’re in, And no matter your age or your situation, it's absolutely doable, and it doesn't take that much effort, nor is it too complicated. ALL you need to do is eat in a calorie deficit following a high protein diet until you reach your goal weight, and lift 3 times a week in order to get your physique to a healthy and even admirable level. ..But, if you’re ready to take control of your health, and finally lose that belly fat in the MOST time efficient way, Without making unnecessary mistakes such as doing multiple hours of cardio everyday or avoiding foods that are actually fine, Then DM me 'LEAN' and I’ll get in touch with the next steps.     Why we get better results with guys in their 40’s than 20’s.. 👇🏻 We’ve all heard people say that “it’s too late to get in shape after 40”.. but this is far from the truth. In fact, we often see better results in guys who are 40 than those in their youth .. Why? Because by this point, most men have built up the discipline, patience, and work ethic to stick to a fitness plan — things they might’ve struggled with when they were younger. And whilst it is true that testosterone levels decline with age.. That’s just another reason to train hard with a proper regime, as resistance training actually increases it And the right diet does too Plus regular exercise not only strengthens your body, but it also lifts your mood, reduces stress, and lowers anxiety & depression as well as your risk of age-related health issues.. But let’s talk about the bigger picture… When you’re in shape, you’ll have more energy to stay active with your family, be at your best and most productive at work, and enjoy your life to the fullest. And the boost in confidence and self-esteem that comes with transforming your body? It’s immense, and everyone should experience that in their lives! ..Bottom line: there’s NO age where it’s “too late” to transform your body, and the benefits that come with being in shape are genuinely life-changing.     When you talk of dieting, most people think that you have to give up carbs, alcohol, takeaways, chocolate, And only eat foods like chicken, rice, broccoli etc.. ..But luckily, this is FAR from the truth. Imagine having to go for 16 weeks without a food that you used to eat everyday before you started your diet because you loved it that much, Would you really be able to do that..? Or even want to? Probably not if we're being honest. This is why so many people fail to lose fat, because they over-restrict themselves, Then they either give up or constantly over indulge with the promise of starting again ‘tomorrow’. So what's the best approach to fat loss..? It's actually to KEEP the things you like in, instead of being restrictive. Losing fat all comes down to being in a calorie deficit, and if you can fit that slice of cake or pizza into your day then by all means do so, But this is also why you need to understand nutrition. You could have cake everyday.. but it's very high in calories and low in nutrients — you'll feel like you've just eaten air after having 500 calories worth of it, Which is why it's generally recommended to eat mostly healthy foods when you're dieting as they actually fill you up. A good approach is to get 80% of your calories from healthy foods, eat 1.5-2g of protein per pound of bodyweight, and for the remaining 20%, have the treats of your choice. ..And as long as you stay in a calorie deficit, you don't have to worry, because you will be losing fat. #FatLoss #Health #HighPerformance

    It’s been a life changing transformation for business owner Neil! In less than 90 days.. I remember speaking to Neil at the start where he was in a bad place Having gone through a difficult period in his life he was mentally in the worst place he’d ever been in Turning to excessive amounts of alcohol seemed like the only way to cope Luckily this wasn’t it!
