As many of our team members head off for a well-deserved Christmas break, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been an extraordinary year, as captured in our 2024 Wrapped video. This year, our success has been about more than just milestones; it’s been about our incredible team and everything we’ve achieved together. From engaging employee events to meaningful charity initiatives, such as the Orphanage Cup and providing over 20,000 hot meals to children in Blackburn with Darwen, we’ve shown the true power of coming together for a greater purpose. We’ve launched exciting new products, expanded our presence at global expos, and celebrated industry recognition through prestigious awards. These achievements reflect the passion and commitment of our team, who continue to raise the bar year after year. To our amazing team: thank you for making 2024 truly remarkable. Yesterday, we had the joy of delivering Christmas gifts generously donated by our incredible team members as part of our annual workplace gift appeal for Blackburn with Darwen Youth Zone. This is an annual tradition we hold close to our hearts, and it's a privilege to play a small part in the incredible work they do to support young people in our community. A huge thank you to everyone in our team who made this possible with their kindness and generosity. Together, we’ve shown the power of community and the impact of giving back. As the marketing team wrapped up their final meeting of the year, they took a moment to celebrate with a special internal awards ceremony! Organised by the team members themselves, this event was just a bit of fun—a chance for teammates to nominate each other and recognise the hard work, unique talents, and camaraderie that have defined their team throughout the year.   With categories ranging from the heartwarming Heart & Humour Award to the Sherlock Sleuth, Office Energiser, and Human Encyclopaedia Award, everyone walked away feeling appreciated and celebrated.
