New e-learning courses training drivers on the electric vehicle experience and requirements are now available for fleets. TTC Group has launched two modules to support new and experienced EV drivers and protect vulnerable road users. Korean automotive brand Genesis is continuing its work to drive uptake in the salary sacrifice sector on the back of its latest success. Drivers are still paying more for fuel than they should be due to “stubbornly high fuel margins”, the UK’s competition watchdog has warned. National Highways will start trials of energy storage technology in a move to offer super-fast EV charging across all parts of the UK. Fleets running cars and small vans could be charged up to £4 to use the Silvertown and Blackwall Tunnels from spring 2025 under plans. Europe’s first large-scale car-sharing service using vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology is launching in the Netherlands under a new deal penned by Renault Group.
