Hi, We are FloQast!

We are serious about what we do, modernizing the accounting industry, and we have fun doing it! Our people-centric environment includes gratitude awards, department newsletters, social events, and the option to work in an office, remote or hybrid. We promote showing up as your authentic self. We have various interest groups and if it doesn’t exist, we create them. We’re focused on internal mobility, with an internal job board and career chats.

At our all-hands monthly meetings, we’re fully transparent: We know the good, the bad, and everything in between. Our company goals and metrics are shared, and the leadership is invested in ensuring everyone understands the business. Our teams are flexible, collaborative, and supportive, focused on the needs and desires of our users and FloQast employees.

Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging

We work to make FloQast more diverse and inclusive. Some of our existing initiatives include a continued focus and growth of our Employee Resource Groups - Women, Culture, Disability, LGBTQ+, and Mental Health. We are involved in the local communities where we partner with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Los Angeles to mentor at-risk high school youth. FloQast frequently donates to various charities.
