Today is International Whole Grain Day! Eating whole grains is a great way to add more fibre, vitamins and minerals to your diet. As part of our #ActionOnFibre initiative, our members are working to bridge the gap between fibre intakes and the dietary recommendation. For example, Nestlé Cereals Foodservice UK are working to raise awareness of whole grains and fibre as part of a healthy balanced diet with their ‘Wake up to the magic of Whole Grain’ campaign- https://ow.ly/XZia50U7ZVM See more of our Action on Fibre member activities here: https://ow.ly/GVTu50U808P
